Meniscus Lenses are convex-concave lenses. They have one outward curved face and one inward-curved face. If the outward curve is sharper than the inward curve, the lens has a positive focal length and acts as a magnifier. Listed below are all experimental grade lenses with diameters of 60mm and larger. Grading Criteria: Grade 1: Standard optical glass, edged, free of visible scratches, chips, stains or oxidation. Grade 2: Unedged, non-optical glass, small chips, slight stains or other defects. Grade 3: Larger edge chips, minor scratches, more oxidation, etc. than those items listed in grade 2. Specifications for Experimental Optics may vary as much as 10% from those listed.
